The following items need to be added to the site, or a consensus on them needs to be worked out. See the Panopticon discussion page:
- An Image Use Policy needs to be determined and the necessary page created.

- Need a series of copyright tags which can be added to the description pages of images uploaded to the site.
- A site logo needs to be created in ".png" format and uploaded to the site. See " Change the logo" on the Wikia homesite for info on how to do this.
- Conventions need to be worked out and added to the Manual of Style. These include spelling, phraseology, cases for entry titles, styles for listing planets, characters, and stories which have the same names, formats for entries on companions and other characters, alien races, and so forth.
- A canon policy needs to be worked out and a page covering this added to the site.

- A section on "How to Do Tables" needs to be added to the Wiki markup page, together with one on how to insert and edit images.
