Just to make clear, the existence of this page should not be used as an excuse to start a page on every actor who almost appeared in Doctor Who. Walker is an extraordinary case, because she was cast, contracted, and fully paid. This is a very different situation from merely being considered for a role, or having auditioned for it. She was SJS, but then got fired.
