I noticed that I got a hypercube from another wiki. As an admin on some other wikis I'd like to know how to change the message bar to fit the style like yours. Something new, Big McLargeHuge ^{talk to me} 19:15, October 29, 2011 (UTC)

This is a question that we get here at Tardis with some regularity. There are two system messages which control whats in the WikiaNotification box. You need to alter MediaWiki:Youhavenewmessagesmulti, which controls the message about messages on other Wikia wikis, and MediaWiki:Newmessageslink, which tells you if you have a new message on the current wiki.
