Harvey was a stranded astronaut of the Alaska spaceship. He showed the Doctor and Amy to his ship. His crew were supposedly alive, but were found dead and Harvey remembered everything. A Dalek Eyestalk appeared from his forehead and he was forced back by a fire extinguisher by the Doctor. He was locked inside a storage space.
