Sally was a young woman who lived in an unspecified American city. Eliot, Lyndon and she helped Bobby Prescott hunt and kill teenagers who played computer games. When they targeted Vincent Wheaton, the boy used his psychic powers abilities to reshape a bicycle into a monster and telekinetically direct it to brutally slaughter Prescott's helpers.
