Winter Quay

Winter Quay was a 'battery farm' on Manhattan created by the Weeping Angels so they could feed on time energy. It was removed from space when Amy Pond and Rory Williams created a time paradox where Rory was never sent back in time by the Angels, destroying all but one of them. (TV: The Angels Take Manhattan)
