Miss Elizabeth Devonshire was a former human who met the Nestene Consciousness when she was young.
Biography
She was treated poorly by children because of her appearance and accent. She befriended the creature which would give her advice every time she visited. She helped heal its injuries and made a place for it under Hyperville. Later, she offered Max Carson a job at Hyperville if he would help her destroy mankind. She became the Nestene Consciousness' physical form. She was killed by the Tenth Doctor when he sent out a signal. (PROSE: Autonomy)
Personality
Devonshire was cruel and believed in fear as a way to keep order. She was not above killing those who stood in her way to help her friend conquer the world. She was also very manipulative of Max Carson and Sir Gerry. (PROSE: Autonomy)
