An Arab sheik was actually an actor filming a role in Hollywood when the First Doctor, Steven Taylor and Sara Kingdom materialised in the Doctor's TARDIS. He was discussing his scene with a vamp with film director Ingmar Knopf when the TARDIS crew interrupted them. (TV: "The Feast of Steven" episode of The Daleks' Master Plan)
