The motorcycle policeman tried to stop the Eighth Doctor and Grace Holloway from getting past the roadblock. He was distracted when the Doctor produced a jelly baby from nowhere, giving the Doctor and Grace time to steal his motorcycle and escape. (TV: Doctor Who)
