Security Protocol 712 was a feature onboard the TARDIS that was tripped by the presence of one of Sally Sparrow's DVDs being brought onboard. Its user interface was a non-interactive hologram of the Tenth Doctor explaining to those in earshot that they were to insert the DVD into the TARDIS console. Their disc, the message said, allowed for one journey that was to begin immediately upon insertion. In truth, it didn't transport the people inside the TARDIS, but rather made the TARDIS return to 1969, where the Doctor and Martha Jones were then trapped. In the process of dematerialising away from the occupants of the TARDIS control room, it had the additional effect of making several Weeping Angels look at each other, and therefore become permanently frozen.
In visual aspect, Security Protocol 712's holotechnology seemed to be the same employed by Emergency Program One. (TV: Blink)
