The Howling → Dalek time controller
Origin theory: The Dalek Time Controller was created by The Cult of Skaro, (obviously founded earlier then currently implied) as it is a specifically modified dalek which only the Cult, (the most intelligent and out of the box thinking daleks) would be able to accomplish.
Also does the Dalek Time Controller the 11th Doctor meets in, "The Dalek Generation" still use the Big Finish, "Empire" era travel machine or a .R.T.D. variant one as all but one of them are, "temporal duplicates" which cannot exist when removed from the casing. 86.151.129.102talk to me 19:40, June 7, 2013 (UTC)
