Metropolitan was a magazine published in the United Kingdom during the 20th century.

Sarah Jane Smith was an investigative reporter for the magazine when she first met the Doctor. (DW: The Time Warrior). Sarah Jane resigned at some point after the Doctor returned her to Earth. (BFSJS: Comeback)
