Nicholas Clement

Nicholas Clement was an employee of the King and Empire Railway Company. The psychic anomaly Kappa 12 tried to control Clement as part of its plan to open several singularities on Earth, but Clement was able to resist complete control. He helped the Fourth Doctor defeat Kappa 12. (PROSE: The Northern Heights)
