Ernst Bratfisch was a cabdriver who followed the Eighth Doctor and Mary Shelley round Vienna, so he could get their custom. He told them of the attacks on Viennese people. He helped the Doctor investigate them, and went with him when Mary was taken by Johan Drossel's puppets. (AUDIO: The Silver Turk)
