Yan was the owner of a Taxi Company, and supported Hazel Trahn after she saw the murder of a random citizen. He didn't like the fact that Paul Hunt was blaming everything on the Androids. (AUDIO: Outsiders) He was later part of a resistance against the Cybermen. (AUDIO: Terror) He was later killed by the Cybermen. (AUDIO: Extinction)
