The Grey Hegemony was one of the races which fought against the Mad Mind of Bophemeral in the Millennium War. With the Influence of Light, they launched a psionic attack on the Mad Mind, but were met with feedback and left mentally damaged. (PROSE: The Quantum Archangel)

The Grey Hegemony may be the same as the Grey Man's race.
