Pluto is one of the Dead Planets of the Solar System, its Orbit Takes it out into the Kuiper Belt and occasionally closer than Neptune. it became Humanitys new home in The Sun Makers after Earths resources were exhausted leaving behind just a few thousand people who were either too Poor or refused to leave their Home.
