Rename to Lobus Caecilius
The character introduces himself to the Doctor as Lobus Caecilius (spelling from http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00hzmlb) and is credited as simply Caecilius. - Furthermore, The Italian Job makes it abundantly clear that only the surname was nicked from the Cambridge books. In no way does RTD assert that this character is meant to be the historical figure. The name is a joke, just like all the Latin names in the episode are a joke. Absolutely uncontroversial page name change, since the character clearly gives his name in the episode, and Confidential gives us considerable detail about the naming conventions for the episode.
