Was she actually called "Evelina Caecilius Iucundus" in the episode? Because that name makes no sense in Roman naming conventions, it should just be "Evelina Caecilia".
- Would that be the same for Metella Caecilius Iucundus as well? Do we need to drop the 'Iucundus' from all but Luicius? --Tangerineduel 16:28, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
- For Metella it would be Caecilia Metella since she married into the family, but yes, just Lucius and Quintus should have the Iucundus bit. Kuralyov 19:31, 28 April 2008 (UTC)
- It's real world creep to start applying real world Latin conventions to a script that doesn't have them. In the script she's just Evelina, so T:NO RW says that's her name. At least until another "Evelina" is found, in which case she becomes Evelina (The Fires of Pompeii).
