Phyllis along with her sister Jean was an evacuee along who lived with Miss Hardaker. On a Sunday in April 1943 she met Ace and they went to Maidens Point. She later got in trouble by Miss Hardaker for going there. Jean and Phyllis later went back to Maidens Point and where converted into Vampires to serve Fenric. She later marched with the Haemovores. Phyllis later was killed when fenic asked the Ancient one to kill all the remaining Haemovores. (DW: The Curse of Fenric)
