The Tempus Fugit was a restaurant on Pella Satyrnis owned by the Fifth Doctor. The Doctor bought it in order to attract Alexhendri Lassiter's attention. (PROSE: The Crystal Bucephalus). There was also a concession of the same name in the Food Court at the Frenko Bazaar. (COMIC: Prisoners of Time)
