Barbara Windsor, MBE, born August 6 1937, is an English actress. She played one of her most famous roles (Peggy Mitchell) in Army of Ghosts when the Doctor was flicking through the television and saw an episode of Eastenders.

She was considered for the role of Shirna in Carnival of Monsters
