Darrakhaan

Darrakhaan was a thief. He tried to steal a space-time navigator from the offices of MacDonald, O'Brien and Withers, but he was defeated by the Eighth Doctor, Charley Pollard and C'rizz and was put into a time loop. (PROSE: Round Trip: After Midnight)
