Torchwood 2 was one of the Torchwood Institute's four main bases in the 2000s. It was located above a bank in Glasgow and run by "Archie" (TWN: The Twilight Streets), who Jack Harkness described as "very strange" (TW: Everything Changes).
Torchwood 2 is well conected to Torchwood 3 since they contacted Captain Jack Harkness to come to scotland with a number of deaths in a pub. This was in the Torchwood Magazine as a Graphic Novel.
