Vita Novus was a health spa. The Fourth Doctor , Romana II and K9 met the propiator, Dame Karna, and one of it customers, Sibella Bing. Romana thought that it seemed remarkably sterile. After Karna was defeated, Sibella converted the spa into a hotel. (AUDIO: The Beautiful People)
