ARC (Autonomous Reasoning Center) was an alien creature imprisoned aboard a SERVEYOUinc research base. He was rescued by the Eleventh Doctor, Alice Obiefune and John Jones and traveled in the TARDIS with them. (COMIC: The Sound of Our Voices)
