Dr Rochford was a physician.
He treated Kirsty Fisher. He tried to convince Kirsty's mum, Mrs Fisher, that Kirsty was a healthy child, but Mrs Fisher suffered from Munchausen by proxy and believed that Kirsty was really ill. She was able to convince Dr Rochford to perform additional tests on Kirsty. (PROSE: Monsters)
