Carmen was a middle aged woman from Earth who was on the number 200 bus when it travelled through a Wormhole. She was also with her husband Lou at the time this happened. The Doctor later discovered that she was psychic and that she was hearing voices of the dead on San Helios. She also detected that an Alien Swarm was coming and that they needed to get off the Planet. After the Doctor saved every one she later gave the Doctor a psychic warning that an old Enemy was coming back, which would knock four times. (DW: Planet of the Dead)
