Lou was a man who was on the number 200 bus along with his wife Carmen. He was on the bus when it went through a Wormhole onto the planet San Helios. He comfoterd his wife as the rest of the passingers plus the The Doctor repiared the bus. He was later returned home.(DW: Planet of the Dead)
