A Stitch in Time

Bilis Manger ran this shop, located in a Cardiff shopping center which sells exclusively selling antique clocks, reflecting Manger's apparent obsession with time pieces. His stock came brand new from past time periods, which Manger could easily visit. Jack Harkness and Gwen Cooper visited the store to speak with Manger after they tracked him down. (TW: End of Days)
