The New York Sketch was a newspaper. In 1966, a reporter from the New York Sketch named Roy Stone was present at Charles Summer's press conference regarding WOTAN. He asked whether the planned linking of computers would give whoever controlled WOTAN lots of power. (TV: The War Machines)
