A servant worked at the Shadow Proclamation and was the same species as the Shadow Architect. During the stolen planet incident, she brought Donna Noble water while she was waiting for the Tenth Doctor. She was psychic and told Donna she had had something on her back and apologised for Donna's loss that was yet to come. (TV: The Stolen Earth)
