Cora was a Vacintian.

Knowing her home world was about to be destroyed, and claiming that "she wanted something else for her life" Cora stole Time Reaver guns and sold them on Calibris, believing that whoever bought it would do so to extend happy times, such as weddings. (AUDIO: Time Reaver)
