Harmon was a crewmember on the Quetzel. When he discovered that Davros was what the Thals had come to the ship to obtain, he forced the Eighth Doctor to show him how to turn off his life-support system. Before Davros could die, the Thals shot Harmon and reactivated the life-support. (PROSE: War of the Daleks)
