Missing Time Lords

I noticed Irving Braxiatel and Iris Wildthyme (probably among others) are missing from this template. This despite Braxiatel being part of another Time Lord template for the High Council of Time Lords. Before adding them, I thought I'd ask why they are missing first. It's because this template is only for Time Lords who appear on TV. It would be considerably larger if it included every Time Lord from every medium. CoT ? 12:43, September 22, 2016 (UTC)
