Ohica was a priestess of the Sisterhood of Karn. She helped the Doctor destroy Morbius, and became leader of the Sisterhood after the death of the High Priestess Maren. (DW: The Brain of Morbius)

The Sisterhood had, in the Dark Times of Gallifrey, originated on that world, making the Sisterhood, by default, Gallifreyan biologically, if not culturally.
