It's when Rory and Amy go before Rosanna to get Amy into her school. Rosanna asks the Steward "Carlo, explain yourself. Why have you brought me this imbecile?" It's at about 16:45 into the episode. --Samoth 06:56, May 10, 2010 (UTC)
