No Time and No Space was as its name suggests outside of time and space inself. One could not age and could not die, you wouldn't even need to eat. (TV: Detained)

The Eleventh Doctor suggested something similar "Until no time remained, no space, just me!" when defeating the Akhaten parasite. (TV: The Rings of Akhaten)
