Abloran

Abloran was the director of the Svarozhich Project. When Szlth'TOK and the rest of his people tried to destroy Svarozhich and Prague, the Fifth Doctor helped Abloran and Szlth'TOK come to an agreement to prevent further loss of life. (PROSE: Men of the Earth)
