Euripides

Euripides was an ancient Greek writer. The Fourth Doctor and Leela met him at a gathering at Anaximander's home. The Doctor made a bad pun based on Euripides' name. (PROSE: The Brain of Socrates)

In Athens in 421 BC, Tyrgius mistook Aristophanes for Euripides. (AUDIO: Mask of Tragedy)
