Joseph Fürst played Professor Zaroff in the Doctor Who serial The Underwater Menace.
He is best known for his roles in the films Diamonds Are Forever and 55 Days at Peking. Fürst's television credits included roles on Sergeant Cork, The Baron, The Saint, The Champions, Doomwatch and Paul Temple.
