A scientist helped create the Cerebravores. She was possessed by one herself, but was freed by the Tenth Doctor. She told him about what had happened to her species, and attempted to help the Doctor stop the Cerebravores. The Doctor offered to take her to another world to be safe, but she was possessed and killed by another Cerebravore. (COMIC: Revolutions of Terror)
