Lucia Moretti was an agent for Torchwood Three. She was a lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness, with whom she had one daughter, Alice Carter.
Bio
Lucia Moretti was born on 18 June, 1945. Lucia joined Torchwood in 1968. While working there, she falls in love with Captain Jack and they have Alice together. Her deep cover, or "place holder," name was Mary Sangster. She retires in 1977. She helped put Alice Carter in a protection programme as a civillian (application approved on 14 February, 1977). She lived until 23 November, 2006, dying of heart disease. (TW: Children of Earth: Day Three)
