Jenkins (Gemini Plan)

Jenkins was a security guard employed at Rudolph Steiner's Gemini Plan complex. He and another guard captured the Third Doctor, who had been detected trespassing, and brought him to the Security Chief. (COMIC: Gemini Plan)
