Doctor Chester was a medical doctor stationed at the South Bend base in Antarctica. He rescued the Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith after Scorby's bomb destroyed the base where Charles Winlett had been transformed into a Krynoid. (DW: The Seeds of Doom)
