For gods sake, I thought this wiki was protected? Are no articles even the main page protected? That penis picture posted by "Jenny" messed up this article, theres no series 1 section anymore! --79.73.123.156 10:04, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Yes there is --Dark Lord Xander 10:06, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
I was wondering - In Invasion of The Bane Mrs Wornwood said that Luke had the strengths and weaknesses of 10000 people. He has the brain of 10000 people shouldn't he have the pysical strength of 10000 people as well
Note he has the strengths AND weaknesses of 10,000 people, so they may cancel each other out and leave him with an average physique. 83.100.249.195talk to me 22:15, May 6, 2012 (UTC)

Can an admin please add this? I am a new user and do not have permission:
No announcements have been made about the future of The Sarah Jane Adventures after Sladen's death, though at least half of Series 5 is known to have been filmed and edited possibly meaning it to air and be released on DVD.[1][2]

Continuity
This continuity section originally appeared in the article, but it doesn't belong there. This is info for the individual episode pages. Preserved here so that people can ensure that it gets to the proper pages. It should not go back into this article, however.
Connections with Doctor Who
- As noted above, Sarah Jane Smith has a long history with the parent series, having travelled with the Third Doctor and Fourth Doctor from 1973 to 1976, and having made reunion appearances in TV: The Five Doctors, and TV: School Reunion (this latter lead to the spin-off series). She also appeared in A Girl's Best Friend, the pilot episode for an aborted 1980s spin-off, K9 and Company.
- K9 also has a long history with Doctor Who, although strictly speaking the model seen in this series was only introduced in School Reunion.
- Sarah Jane's sonic lipstick is a similar device to the Doctor's sonic screwdriver and was in fact given to her by him.
- The Sontarans are referenced in Eye of the Gorgon, and appeared in The Last Sontaran and Enemy of the Bane.
- UNIT are referenced a lot, including when Sarah Jane is on the phone, she says "love to the Brig" Also, a picture of him is pinned onto Sarah Jane's attic wall. (Invasion of the Bane) (Revenge of the Slitheen), a book called UNIT in Sarah Jane's attic (Whatever Happened to Sarah Jane?) and a police officer says "you have some very powerful friends" to Sarah Jane when she is in custody. (The Lost Boy)
- The Brigadier appeared in Series Two in 2008.
- Sarah Jane Smith made an appearance with Rose Tyler, Mickey Smith, Donna Noble, Captain Jack Harkness, Martha Jones, Jackie Tyler, the Tenth Doctor and the Meta-Crisis Tenth Doctor in Doctor Who Series 4 The Stolen Earth and Journey's End. K9 also appears in Journey's End. Sarah Jane also makes a brief appearance in The End of Time.
- Luke Smith also made an appearance in The Stolen Earth/Journey's End and The End of Time.
- The Tenth Doctor appears in flashback footage in Secrets of the Stars, and in a flash-forward in The Mad Woman in the Attic.
- Bio dampers appeared numerous times, they debuted in TV: The Runaway Bride.
- The Brigadier mentions fighting Daleks, Cybermen, Autons, and Zygons in Enemy of the Bane.
- UNIT makes their first on-screen apperance in the spin-off in Enemy of the Bane.

"The Kids" section
I have some issues with the "Kids" section. It makes it seem like there's a great mystery as to why Yasmin left the series, yet it was widely reported that she left in order to focus on school. The reason for the removal of Kelsey Hooper from the series has also been reported. There's no great mystery. And it makes it seem like Tommy Knight left against his will. The whole thing smacks of (if I may steal Wikipedia terminology) NPOV violation. I suggest either deleting it or revising it heavily. 68.146.80.110 03:08, October 18, 2011 (UTC)
- Wow, NPOV, really? The thing was written to carefully avoid that, by repeatedly saying that we don't actually have any official statements why any of these actors left the production. And the bit about Tommy Knight goes out of its way to say that the appearance was that his reduction in role was "amenable to both the production team and Knight himself".
- I'd love to revise the section heavily, but I'm not sure we have any solid evidence on which to base such revisions. You intimate that there were wide reports. Let's find them and integrate them into the site. I couldn't find anything official from the BBC, though.
- Incidentally, I think it is a bit of a mystery why Yasmin left. I personally have heard, on the unreputable Gallifrey Base, a number of theories, from the benign one you suggest (which doesn't really square with her subsequent appearances in other projects), to the idea that she was forced out when her mother started making demands that she get second billing to Lis Sladen.
Section Missing
Anyone notice someone's deleted the section that featured links to the individual Season articles? Just sayin'. 68.146.80.110 21:27, October 18, 2011 (UTC)
