Alfred Belle

Alfred Belle was the father of Lillian Belle. He died along with his wife, Maizie, in his early 60s due to the poor living conditions they endured prior to the creation of the Sunlight Worlds shortening their lifespans. (PROSE: The Dalek Generation)
