The Galactic Hub was a place of social media for the galaxy. By the time of the 9th century,[1] it was widely used to the extent that information posted there would quickly become common knowledge. The Twelfth Doctor threatened to upload embarrasing footage of the Mire being defeated to the Galactic Hub. (TV: The Girl Who Died)
