Stormblood was a Time Lord who had gone crazy through exposure to the Time winds. He knew that the experiments used Caleera's psychic powers. In his youth he worked with The Eleven and then with Caleera as an Archivist. (AUDIO: Scenes From Her Life) He was kidnapped by Caleera, and was originally called Sternbar.
