Gladvis was a woman in the Forbidden Zone. She saw that Kiron was protected whenever he was in danger, and filmed clips every time the Twelfth Doctor protected him. These clips went viral soon afterwards, and caused Kiron's power to grow. After many years, she told Kiron, who was now President, that it was time to summon the Doctor. After arriving at Kiron's presidential chambers, the Doctor withdrew his promise to protect Kiron, and his spell over the planet's population was broken. Realising what had happened, Gladvis ran away. (COMIC: The Promise)
